Sorting items with Hope for Victims tonight

We're getting together tonight with Hope for Victims. Blog followers will recall that we were collecting items in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Several of you felt led to donate. We appreciate it and the victims who are served will appreciate it even more.

Because of you, Hope for Healing.Org was able to collect almost 100 soaps, toothbrushes and hygiene items (among other things). These will be added to the collections received by Hope for Victims before being given to programs across the city of Knoxville.

Tonight will be the cumulation of efforts by both organizations. We're getting together tonight to get ready for the distribution. This is an exciting time! Can you imagine the looks on the faces of the clients and domestic violence and sexual assault programs when they receive the donations? We can. And, we thank you.
