Last call for items to help domestic violence, sexual assault victims

This is the last call for items to help victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Hope for Healing.Org has partnered with Hope for Victims to collect items as a Domestic Violence Awareness Month activity. We're hoping for a last big push so we can help as many people as possible.

Did you know...
831 victims were served in Tennessee in a single day?
414 hotline calls were answered in one day in Tennessee?
18,618 E-911 calls were received in Knoxville and Knox County in 2007?

Helping survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Knoxville is easier than you might think. This link takes you to a list of what we're collecting. Drop off your items at Eastview Memorial Gardens on Strawberry Plains Pike by  Friday, Oct. 15.  Even 1-2 items helps.

Credit card donations can also be processed to help survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault in Knoxville. The money will go toward buying items that are being collected. Email Hope for Healing.Org or call 471.8366 to make your donation. Please leave a message if your call goes to voice mail.

Thank you for joining with us in the fight against domestic violence in Knoxville. It is YOU who makes a difference.
