NDVH Hotline celebrates 15 years

When domestic violence victims are in doubt it's time to call the National Domestic Violence Hotline. They have been providing support and answers to victims for 15 years. The atmosphere of support for victims has come a long way during the past decade-and-a-half. It still has a long way to go.
