Thanks to everyone who helped make our Angel Food distribution a success. We appreciate all of your help.
An estimated 48 people were served through the food boxes. In addition to the Angel Food distribution, we gave clothing and household items to a family of 5. A food pantry box also found a home as did a toy.
We worked with 3 juvenile offenders, three youth volunteers and four adult volunteers. The churches of Baileyton United Methodist in Greeneville, Tennessee and Holston Baptist Church of Strawberry Plains donated items.
All in all, it was a busy day. We couldn't have done it without you.
