Knoxville Police have issued an amber alert for an
abducted female.She was last seen in the area of
Tennessee Avenue and Burnside Street at approximately
8:00 a.m. eastern.
The little girl was described as:
7 years-old
White female
Sandy blonde hair
She was reported to have been wearing:
Blue coat with a fur hood
Blue jeans
White tennis shoes.

"The child was riding a bicycle. The abductor pulled up
next to the child in a 70's model red Ford Maverick and
after the car left the area the child was missing and
the bicycle was found on the ground."
