The annual fall festival at Jacksboro UMC is tomorrow. We're tickled pink that they've offered us a craft booth! The kids have been working hard on all kinds of projects. We're not fast movers but we have some unique things.Take a look at these two photographs. This is a table that has captured the imagination of at least six of our kids and staff members. You might say the table was in rough shape when it came in. Structurally it was fine. The paint job was another story.
A team of juvenile offenders, youth volunteers and adults went to work. Hours of elbow grease later and the end result is a beautiful end table to make anyone proud! Photos don't do justice to the real thing. For that, you'll have to come to the festival at Jacksboro UMC tomorrow.
